Our first vintage of ice wine was hand harvested from our Reimer Block during the evening of December 14th, 2017, at a temperature of 12 degrees. The grapes were frozen solid on the vine, loaded frozen into the press, and pressed until the following afternoon. Subtle aromas of wildflower and orange blossom honey mingle with a rich palate of soft lemon curd. A long, smooth finish makes this a delectable dessert-style wine, perfect for pairing with gelatto, fruit based desserts, and cookies. Only 100 cases produced. 375 ml bottle

We bought a bottle of this on our 2019 annual trek thru the Finger Lakes. We have been wine club members for several years. We splurged and bought 2 bottles of this wonderful, magical wine for our 2020 Christmas Eve family celebration. I am not sure if we can wait that long but we are - so far - resisting the irresistible. It keeps calling my name!
