This premium Riesling starts with soft citrus notes in the aroma. Light stone-fruit flavors mid-palate are followed by a soft, clean finish. Aging in neutral oak creates a round mouthfeel and subtle notes of dried fruits and vanilla. Named for owners Dave and Melissa's daughter, this wine is as delightful as she is. 0% RS
Only the finest grapes from our Melody Block vineyard, harvested in September of 2020, have been included in this premium Riesling. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed (no crushing or destemming), then fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. 4 months of resting on the lees produces a wine with a subtly complex finish. This style of Riesling is rarely seen outside of Germany, but is gaining popularity with innovative Finger Lakes winemakers.

I loved the wine but again the cork was very difficult to take out! I never have cork issues except from Buttonwood wines. But the wines are worth the issues on the most part!
