More than any other vinifera grape, Riesling takes on the characteristics of the soil in which it's grown. Starting with subtle aromas of grapefruit, it leads into a mouth-watering burst of bright lemon mid-palate. Enhanced by stainless steel fermentation, the finish evolves into a clean minerality reflecting the shale content of our easternmost vineyard. Its acid to sugar ratio is perfectly balanced, making it a favorite food pairing wine. We suggest trying it with light green salads, fish, poultry, and mild cheeses.
