Short for Pétillant Naturel, this fun and fruity sparkling wine was handcrafted from Cabernet Franc grapes harvested on our farm during the 2022 growing season. Light hints of floral aromas are followed by subtle strawberry and uniquely savory flavors. The oldest known method of producing sparkling wine, the Méthode Ancestrale used to create our Pét-Nat dates back to at least the 1500s. Fermented in the bottle and unfiltered, this has wine will contain sediment. Only 175 cases produced. <.5% RS.
