Harvested in October 2020 from vines planted in 1999, clusters were well-formed with consistent ripening of the berries. The juice was left on the skins for 7 days, pressed, and then barreled in French oak for 1 year. Its bright acidity makes it a perfect food pairing wine - we suggest pairing it with hearty red meats and pasta dishes.
