1/5/2018 – How is this sparkling wine produced? Methode Champenoise? Forced-carbonation? Pet-Nat style?

Response From Buttonwood Grove Winery: Hi Demi, thank you for your inquiry. Our Antonia Marie sparkling wine is produced using the Charmat method (pressurized tank system for the secondary fermentation), which produces a slightly more fruit-forward wine than the traditional Methode Champenoise.
